Every tree removal, structural pruning, stump grinding, or plant health care project is governed by a written, itemized scope-of-work proposal referencing ANSI A300 pruning/care standards and ANSI Z133 safety protocols. Field work commences only after written homeowner or commercial property manager authorization and utility/irrigation locates (811).

2. Urban Arborist Dispatch & Estimate Alerts — SMS Program Terms

Program Description: When you explicitly check the optional SMS consent box on our Estimate Request Form or text our dispatch number first, you consent to receive transactional and appointment-related text messages from Urban Arborist (including estimator arrival windows, arborist inspection summaries, storm triage updates, and invoice/receipt links).
